School of Missions Mobilization
Matachi, Chihuahua, Mexico

WELCOME!

Dear Prospective Student:

When Jesus said, “Go and make disciples of all nations…” he had you in mind! We believe that you
have a unique part in God’s plan to reach the world one life at a time. Therefore, we are happy to
provide you with a 2-year opportunity to become trained and equipped to serve the Lord in Missions.
Jesus said, As the Father has sent me I am sending you. This is the foundation upon which the Mexico
School of Missions is built. We believe that Jesus continues to send us to those who have not yet heard
the Gospel. Our passion is to assist you to find and fulfill God’s call to serve him—with excellence and
skill and the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
We invite you to consider joining us to prepare for a life of serving the Lord in Missions. In the
classroom our program will give you an occasion to study the Word of God and theology as it relates to
missions and various cultures. Out of the classroom you will be given hands-on involvement in missions
work.
Our goal is to see you living out the purpose God has destined you to do. If we can help, please continue
to read through this catalog and for more information call….

OUR MISSION
Our passion is to train and equip Latin American individuals to be missionaries and missions leaders.
The objective of the school is to produce teams of qualified people who will take the gospel of Jesus
Christ to the unreached world.

OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
We believe in the triune Godhead as eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of Christ, His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious
and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand
of the Father, and in His present priestly ministry.
We believe in evangelistic and missionary fervor and endeavor.
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely
essential. We further believe in the keeping power of God.
We believe in sanctification and holiness of heart and the overcoming life as God’s design for the
Church, which is the Bride of Christ.
We believe that sexual purity is the standard for all God’s children, which requires abstinence from
adultery, fornication, incest, homosexuality, or other sexual relationships or practices forbidden by
Scripture.
We believe that marriage is a sacred institution established by God and is the uniting of one man and
one woman in covenant commitment for a lifetime.
We believe in the continuing ministry of the Holy Spirit in gifts and ministries and the fruit of the Spirit
in believers as evidenced in the New Testament.
We believe in Christ’s imminent, personal return in power and great glory, and in His present and
everlasting domain.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto everlasting life
and they that are lost unto eternal punishment.

OUR CORE VALUES
Our staff and students comprise a community of believers committed to a life of worship, prayer,
simplicity, integrity, holiness, servanthood, and mission-mindedness, both individually and corporately.
We are committed to a setting where Spirit-impartation, systematic and intensive Bible study,
academic excellence, and practical missions training are experience are woven together, so the student
may be prepared to serve the Lord in a variety of missions’ opportunities.
We are committed to discern, pursue, and participate in any fresh emphasis of the Holy Spirit’s work
towards fulfilling the Great Commission in each generation.
We are committed to unity among believers on the fundamentals of the faith, but liberty in other
doctrinal matters.

THE ACADEMIC PROGRAM: MISSIONS AND CULTURAL STUDIES
A Specialized Missions’ Program
The academic program is focused on teaching Bible and theology courses as they specifically relate to
missions and cross-cultural ministry. Qualified instructors within their respective fields of experience
and training will teach each course. While providing in-depth Bible courses and personal development
helps in spiritual growth, our intent is to train students to become a new breed of Christian missionaries
to meet the challenges of tomorrow’s world.

A One-Year Missions’ Program

The academic program amounts to 12 months of training. Students can graduate in one year. After the first year, we offer an optional second year centered around more focused study, depending on the location in where the student plans to minister. For example, if the student plans to go to Turkey, he/she will study Arabic, Turkish culture, and Islam. The second year includes a 4-month externship. This is a time of cross-cultural experience within Latin America, working with church planting projects. The four month practicum is not one of the requirements to graduate from the school.
